Sustainable funding for Iowa’s natural resources and outdoor recreation 
opportunities will protect and enhance Iowa’s natural heritage by 
investing in our state’s water, wildlife, soil – and way of life. Join 
hundreds of your conservation friends and neighbors as we take to the 
hill to talk with Iowa legislators about the importance of investing in 
our natural resources so Iowa’s future generations can use and enjoy them.

RALLY DAY is Tuesday, February 17, 2009 – _CHANGE OF PLANS_ – we will 
start to gather at _8:00 AM_ at the _CAPITOL, 2^nd Floor Rotunda_. *We 
anticipate that that HJR1 will be debated by the House around 9AM*.

Sustainable Funding Coalition members will be available to provide you 
materials to present to your legislators and to answer any questions you 
may have.

*What we need you to do on RALLY DAY*:

- _Make contact with your House member_ urging them to support HJR1.

- _Pack the galleries in a show of support_ for the constitutional 
amendment.
