>SF2371 passed unanimously yesterday in the Senate. A
wetlands provision was added. The only close
amendment(which lost) was 5080 which states the DNR
shall consult with municipalities and industrial NPDES
permit holders and develop guidelines regarding public
ID of sites where NPDES permitted discharges occur to
state waters
