Yes, Farm Bureau money goes a long way. I am reading "The Jungle" by Upton Sinclair. 1905 Chicago stockyards. The cruelty towards workers and utter disregard for food safety… meat inspectors looked the other way while all the truly "bad" meat was sold within Chicago so to avoid interstate commerce… Maybe we've taken a couple baby steps forward. Maybe. Baby steps.
