Anyone who is interested in receiving more information about this can
contact me at [log in to unmask] This afternoon, we were just informed
that the Notice of Intended Action on the Proposed T&E list will be
presented to the Legislative Administrative Rules Review Committee on
December 8th. Besides a change in philosophy and selection process, other
changes are being proposed. The two DNR employees involved in this
department are John Pearson and Daryl Howell. There was a public hearing
yesterday, but written comments will be taken until January 8, 1999.
