This morning, the Des Moines Register Metro section ran a front page
article based on a letter from Governor Branstad in support of the
bottle bill.  The Governor discusses his involvement with the Beautiful
Land Coalition and plans of the group to expand the bottle bill.  In
addition, he mentions the Robert D. Ray Beautiful Land Fund for litter
control and recycling programs.  The article can viewed on the internet
