State Senator Robb Hogg will discuss proposed legislation about land use
planning and future flood damage prevention Tuesday, January 12, on the
Fallon Forum.

As a result of the task force that Governor Culver formed to address the
2008 flooding issues, the Rebuild Iowa Office has proposed a land use bill
for the legislature to consider this session. Smart planning principles are
a part of the new bill. Senator Hogg, who represents Cedar Rapids, which
was heavily damaged, will be addressing this land use bill.

Please tune in to 98.3 FM and join hosts Ed and Lynn Fallon by calling
either (515) 312-0983 or toll free at (866) 908-TALK to join the discussion.
Encourage your friends and family to do the same!

The show airs from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM on 98.3 WOW-FM. It can also be
streamed at www.983wowfm.com .
