Justice will be profiled in a piece dealing with the judicial nominees and
the nuclear option. This is a behind-the-scenes look at the lawyers doing
the research on the judicial nominees, featuring their legal director - Seth
Rosenthal.

The vote on the "nuclear option" is very close - Alliance for Justice is
helping lead a bi-partisan effort to preserve the filibuster as an important
check and balance on the power of the majority.
