I received a message today that said in part:

"The grocery industry is having a press conference this morning to begin
their effort to weaken/repeal the Bottle Bill next year.  Once again they
are cloaking it in terms of a "comprehensive recycling program."

I don't know where or when this press conference is being held, but if you
hear news of it please let me know.
