Interesting side note. According to the constitution Electoral College electors
cannot vote for BOTH a presidential and vice-presidential candidate from their
own state. If Cheney is Texan, Texas' electors cannot vote for him and, due to
the closeness in elecoral votes, presumably Lieberman would become
vice-president. This is why Cheney's residency is so important.

I do not expect anyone to force this issue.
