The DNR is seeking to increase the Bobcat quota by 25%.  I just reviewed the 
DNR's 2009 Bowhunter Survey and the Bobcat observations have DECREASED 
by 9%.

The amendments add Adair, Cass, Guthrie, Keokuk, Louisa, Madison, Mahaska, 
Marion, Warren and Washington counties to the open area for taking bobcats 
and increase the quota from 200 to 250.

proposed amendment on or before April 27, 2010. Written comments may be
