Thanks, Lyle, for clarifying the number and name of this bill.

The investor-owned utilities appear to be in full swing and will try to pass
this bill during the special session next week.

Please try to contact your legislators this weekend.  The special session
begins Tuesday, June 19.

The Iowa Legislature should WAIT FOR THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
GOVERNOR'S TASK FORCE ON ENERGY, and pass a comprehensive energy policy in
the next regular session .
