Mike, you are correct in stating that it is in the groundwater. I read 
the article and notice how many times the Pentagon is mentioned. They 
have all sorts of messes to clean up; unexploded ordinances to toxic 
dump sites. With this chemical being in the groundwater and not having a 
stringent standard is the way the military gets out of paying for 
cleanup. Most states groundwater standards are the same thing as 
drinking water standards. There are no federal groundwater standards.
