The Catherine Fitzsimmons mentioned is the head of the Iowa Air Bureau. 
She has had to deal with air regulations for sulfide and ammonia from 
CAFO's .  I was hoping she would be on the side of good when I saw she 
was giving testimony and it looks like she was.
