As you likely know, last evening I did an alert, via HELEN, to about  
1500 Sierra households.

This morning the Sustainable Funding for Natural Resources  
contitutional amendment resolution has its new number...from here  
forward please refer to it as SJR 2002.

Great news, and eligible for debate as early as later this week!
