It would be nice if the House would do likewise. However with Congressman 
Richard Pombo, (R CA) on the House Natural Resources Committee it is very 
unlikely. Pombo has been one of the leading voices in Washington who wants to do away 
with ESA completely. He also is the one with the idea we should sell off 
National forest land and even National Park land to balance the budget. He is up 
for election in November. Jerry
