Yes. But, 2 things....
Sierra Club and most environmental organizations are vehemently opposed to
the final passage of the Energy Bill because it contains so many bad things,
and after conference committee may be worse, or certainly not enough better.
So anything that holds it up in conference for now is OK to be happening. I
do not know as yet what Grassley is doing on the rainforest project, but I
do know he has been trying to do very good things on renewable energy...wind
especially...ethanol too of course, although that is not so well liked by
Sierra Club.
