Subject: Opportunity to learn about public participation opportunities
in air pollution permitting

Hello everyone,

I would like to share with you the draft agenda and registration
materials for the final Region 5 new source review training for citizen
activists.  This training is intended to be a Regional training
addressing the new source review preconstruction process in Minnesota,
Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio.  The training will be
held in Chicago August 22 and 23.  I hope that you will be able to
attend since this will be the last training on this subject in Region 5.
There is travel cost reimbursement available through Earth Day
Coalition.  Please see the registration materials for details.
