I have a friend who is tired of the lawn service that care takes her
neighbor's lawn. She doesn't care for chemical smell that drifts into her
windows nor having to walk her dog around the granules spilled over on the
sidewalk. Does anyone know where she can get more information as to the
toxicity of this and her rights as a citizen?

Thanks very much.
