Congratulations to Debbie Neustadt for her LTE on the Mississippi River the
other day and to Jerry Neff for his LTE about the ban on snowmobiles in
Yellowstone--both in the Des Moines Register.  The Register also carried an
editorial about the snowmobiles in the same issue.
