The Southwest Environmental Action Committee of the Sierra Club will hold its first organizing meeting on February 12th from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at the Council Bluffs Public Library, 400 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs.
Our featured presenter will be Katie Rock, Sierra Club campaign representative for the Beyond Coal Campaign, who will be giving a presentation on the status of the campaign.
If you are interested helping the Sierra Club expand its voice in our area or just interested in learning more about the Beyond Coal campaign and other environmental/energy/conservation issues, please consider attending.
