The Army Corps of Engineers is holding a Master Manual hearing about the
Missouri River flow issue at the Ameristar Casino and Hotel in Council
Bluffs, Iowa on February 19.  There will be an open house workshop from 2-5
p.m. and a formal public hearing from 7-10 p.m. that evening. American
Rivers is encouraging us to come and take part.  It is good just to be
there to show the extent of the public's interest in this issue, and even
better if you are willing to speak to the issue.  If you can do more, they
would like to have people there to hand out materials as well.
