It would be good if those who have concerns about the proposed T&E
list, particularly the criteria used, express their concerns to
Administrative Rules Review Committee members. I am posting the
ARRC members' addresses below. Natural Resouce Commission members
also need to hear your views; their addresses follow. Please also
send a copy of your letter to Larry Wilson and Daryl Howell, IDNR, and
to Governor-elect Vilsack.
If you are able to write to only a few, select those from your part of the
state.
To be most effective, your letter should be brief and to the point.
Scientific support of your views should be explained in lay terms.
Feedback received from legislators makes it clear that a concerted
letter writing campaign will be key to shaping an acceptable T&E list.
