At the August 18th Environmental Protection Commission meeting, the Iowa
Department of Natural Resources presented some changes to Iowa's Water Quality
Standards that are now out for public comment.

Any person may submit written suggestions or comments on the proposed rule
changes through October 31, 2003.  Such written material should be submitted to

Cherokee

Oct. 15, 11 AM in the Iowa City Public Library meeting room A, 123 South Linn
