Should Carolyn Szczepanski get the environmental journalism award? She also  
wrote the great article about Doug Gross' private lake at public expense  
destroying a natural area.
 
By the way, what do Des Moines people think of City View now that Michael  
Gartner owns it. My gut reaction is that Gartner's ownership can't be  good.
