Climate schemes mean higher bills
Julian Boggs of Environment Iowa must be living in a different world than I (April 24 letter). Boggs thanks Sen. Tom Harkin and Reps. Leonard Boswell, Bruce Braley and Dave Loebsack for voting in favor of the president's budget "as a first step in reducing global warming pollution."
Boggs believes that it's time to pass comprehensive climate and energy legislation and all of this will create millions of "green jobs and help rebuild our economy on a sound foundation."
