       Stop NAFTA's Corporate Lawsuits: Support the Kerry Amendment

The Senate is planning to vote on anti-environmental fast-track trade
legislation before the Memorial Day Recess.  This fast-track bill would
expand provisions in the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) that
allow foreign corporations to sue US taxpayers if environmental laws
interfere with business.
