Yes she did that and Obama promised no drilling offshore and the first
shore he approved is the priceless, pristine, Arctic Ocean shore above
the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Doesn't much matter what most
politicians say when they want your vote. Phyllis

Subject: Hillary Clinton: It's time to dump Monsanto

Passing along (this edited piece) from the Organic Consumers Association
...

Please sign our petition asking Hillary Clinton to support consumers,

public health and sustainability, not
Monsanto

Clinton
spoke at the recent BIO International Convention, ignoring
the mounting
scientific evidence that GMO agriculture, especially
Monsanto's Roundup and
Dow's 2,4-D, are destroying the environment
and public health. She ignored the
evidence of failed GMO crops and
the growing problem of superweeds.
And she
ignored the warning issued last year by the United Nations
that we must
replace today's chemical-intensive monoculture model of
GMO agriculture with
sustainable, carbon-sequestering, regenerative
agriculture, if we want to turn
around global warming.
