Bill et al,

Merle never lost the title, he just sold an option.  LS Power hasn't sent him the check to extend the option this year, so they're currently working on making sure the option is officially terminated and pushing to start the "de-annexation" process from the City of Waterloo.  Last night Merle told me he wants to make sure this never happens again, and we should be sure to help him with that.  He is an incredible person, and I thought this interview with him was quite heartwarming:
