Great letter, Wally! Aldo Leopold would be proud of your work.
 
You have made a strong case for keeping sustainable quotas on the  
"harvests" of bobcat and river otter and for management plans for those  species and 
other furbearers based on science. Any reasonable  person concerned about 
protecting Nature will agree with your  arguments.
