The Iowa DNR is proposing to make several changes to Chapter 61, Water
Quality Standards, and Chapter 72, Criteria for Approval (Flood Plain
Development) of the Iowa Administrative Code.  The DNR is holding several
public hearings in early February and is also accepting written comments
through the public comment period ending Feb. 25, 2003.
