I agree that Rex will be missed a great deal by the State Sierra Club and by
the Iowa City Group, but I hope he'll stay in touch with us from Texas.  I
don't know which state needs him more, but we have certainly been fortunate
to have Rex spend the last few years in Iowa.  Rex, you have done a
wonderful job leading the IC Group and for all you have done on the WebPage
and for the Chapter -- a big thanks!
