By law each County is entitled to have an official
REAP delegate from the Sierra Club. Groups should
appoint delegates to as many counties in their area as
they can and then notify the Board of Supervisors of
the appointment. These delegates can attend there
County Reap assemblies(where grant applications are
voted) and the larger multi-county REAP assemblies
that Erin mentioned.

Charlie Winterwood
Chair
Iowa Chapter
Sierra Club
