Please accept our additional strong 'Thanks!' from the Iowa Chapter of the
Sierra Club for item vetoing section 133, SF 458, concerning the composting
program. We appreciate very much your consideration of this issue and the
action you took today to veto it.

I look forward to continuing a strong working relationship with you and your
great staff. Dick Oshlo, Dusky Terry, and Josh Mandelbaum, with whom I have
the most contact, as well as Steve Falck and John Pedersen, are competent
