Believe me the Legislature will find it very difficult for any new
initiative this year, albeit the $23m is over 5 years ..... I fully
agree with you all on this expenditure, and I would ask us to
strategically hold our fire on this one for a time, as I am aware of
Kuhn and others’ alternative strategy, which I am not yet willing to
put in print.
