Moments ago, SJR 2002, Sustainable Funding for Natural Resources,  
resolution to amend the Iowa Constitution achieved its second, and  
final step for this Session, when it passed the Iowa House on a 87-10  
vote.

Next year we have to do it again, so it goes to a vote of the people  
in 2010.

Congratulations to all who made calls, sent emails, wrote letters and  
worked diligently to get this passed this year!
