Lyle, I'm confused by this message.

If Sierra Club et al are against adding the manure stockpiling issue to this bill, then wouldn't the Kuhn amendment removing the manure stockpiling issue be a good thing?

Why is a vote FOR that amendment a vote with Farm Bureau, etc.?

Thanks in advance for clarifying.
