We actually won the battle to stop a road through Izenbek National
Wildlife Refuge!  I got to testify in D.C. before Fish and Wildlife to
stop this road and Don Young had to sit there and listen to all of us who
opposed this road!  One small win for wilderness!!   Phyllis
