FYI - While I don't who are all the members of congress are along the
Mississippi River, I did notice that Rep. Kind of LaCross, WI did vote
yes on this amendment. What a guy to go against the powerful interests
wanting this wasteful project. His ammendment was mentioned in Sierra

The amendment on the Upper Mississippi failed by a vote of 105 to 315.
