Utah’s red rock canyonlands got a big boost from Iowa this morning when Rep. Bruce Braley signed on as the first representative from Iowa to cosponsor “America’s Red Rock Wilderness Act” in the current Congress. He joins Sen. Harkin who is a cosponsor of the Senate version of the bill.

Please be in touch with Rep. Braley to thank him for his support. You can get all his contact info at: http://braley.house.gov/Contact/

Hopefully he will be the first of several from the Hawkeye state!

A big shout of appreciation goes out to the Sierra Club’s Cedar Prairie Group for staying after him until the job got done – great work!

            Many thanks,
            Clayton
