I've seen several hypothetical maps of Iowa with four Congressional districts.
All contain a western Iowa district that would be safe for King, two eastern
Iowa districts that "should" be safe for Braley and Loebsack, and a Polk
County-based swing district. I believe Latham will run in the new third
district, and his chances of winning depend a lot on whether Dallas County is in
the Polk County district or in King's new IA-04.
Here is one possible map (depending on the new census numbers, these districts
may not be equal enough in population);

Three more possible maps are here:

Again, the final census numbers will determine whether any of those maps are
viable.

O, c'mon, now, of course there are Dems west of I-35: marooned in a Red Sea on
Ames Archipelago, Ft Dodge Island, Sioux City Reef, Council Bluffs Rock, and
Emmetsburg Atoll. But isolated as they are in shark-infested waters,
they can't stop Cap'n King and his paranoid pyrate crew.
