Bill Witt, thank you for saying it better than I could.
I will add, while trying to be brief, that of course we could and should
be doing a better job of managing deer in Iowa and in Iowa communities. And
it would help if our deer-related actions and policies were based more on
ecological knowledge and what's best for our landscape, and less on money,
politics, and a mania for large bucks. Thank you to all the people who
are working on local and state levels to move our state in that wiser
direction.
