SF344 is a commerce committee bill.  Lyle said the Senate did not take a roll
call vote on amendment 3121, but the final vote for SF344 was 26 to 24, I
think.

Senators Lundby and Lamberti got Wieck to change "shall use" (the federal
list) to "may use."
