The Worth County Health Ordinance ruling came down 
yesterday.  Unfortunately, the court ruled the health ordinance to be "void 
and unenforceable."

The Worth County Supervisors are meeting next Tuesday, March 4.  There is a 
good chance they could decide to appeal this ruling.  This is your chance 
to make a difference!

We encourage every organization and individual to write a letter of support 
to all 3 Supervisors to appeal this negative ruling.  Also, thank them for 
passing the health ordinance in the first place.  Their efforts have been 
duplicated in several other counties.  Please send these letters as soon as 
possible so they get them prior to their March 4th meeting.
