If this bill narrowly passed out of committee on March 11, what was the vote in the full senate?

What was the small improvement made in Senator Lunby's amendment?

Which committee did this come out of?

TIMING! The action alert I just sent to you about contacting senators to oppose amendment 3121 to SF 344 did not have enough time to make a difference. The amendment passed, with little debate. Senator Mary Lundby worked to get a small improvement made to the amendment, but it is still in the bill.

Hopefully, Gov. Vilsack will oppose this bill when it gets to his desk. But it is still a good idea to contact your senators about the importance of using the state endangered/threatened species lists. Passing this amendment sets a bad precedent.
