The Iowa DNR intends to remove the statewide quotas for bobcats and river otters.  

Comments are due to the DNR by 23 May 2013.  Written comments may be directed to the Wildlife Bureau Chief by email [log in to unmask] or by fax at (515)281-6794.  There will be a public hearing on 23 May 2013, at 1 p.m. in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Wallace State Office Building.
