ANWR DRILLING BILL IN SENATE:  The powerful chair of the Senate Energy
Committee, Frank Murkowski is expected to introduce legislation that
would open the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to oil exploration and
drilling says Reuters 3/8.  The proposed legislation would open 1.5
million acres of the Arctic Coastal Plain to oil development
operations.
