A couple of developments --

There is a public hearing set for Wednesday, March 1, from 7-9:30 pm in the
House Chamber. By the time we heard about it 18 of the 35 spots to speak
had
been taken by the proponents. They added 1/2 hour and 10 speakers, so
hopefully it will balance itself out. To speak you need to either sign up
in
or call the Legislative Information Office at 281-5129. If the spots are
filled they will let you submit written testimony.
