Phone calls are needed to Rep Jim Nussle to thank him for keeping the
Arctic National Wildlife refuge out of past budget bill and to ask him to
do it again. Rep Muscle's offices can be reached at 800-839-5276 US
Capitol switchboard, 563-927-5141 Manchester, 563-557-7740 Dubuque,
563-326-1841 Davenport, or 319-235-1109 Waterloo.
Iowa’s own Congressman Jim Nussle (R-1st District) will play a very
important role in the coming debate over the Arctic Refuge. Since he is
running for Governor, he needs to hear from Iowans from across the state
about this important issue. 2) We need a few people from Iowa to
join us in DC for Alaska Wilderness Week. Here’s a chance to travel to
Washington, DC to help protect wild Alaska. Go to the web site to
register and apply for travel fund assistance (if needed). Feel free to
call me with any questions.

need your help! Together we will ensure that these magnificent places and
our natural heritage remain wild and undisturbed forever.
Come join in the excitement as we work to protect our last wilderness
frontiers.

use…you just enter your ZIP code and it’ll connect you to the proper
office. You also have the option of sending a fax to the office.
Here’s the number:
1-888-8-WILD-AK (1-888-894-5325). (Careful: NOT 1-800!)
