The Iowa Senate voted 26-23 late on Wednesday to pass the dove bill SF 37.

Now it will go to the House -- 515-281-3221


Tuesday's Tel-Us poll in the Cedar Rapids Gazette was on the question of
dove hunting.  Of 829 responses, 97% opposed a dove season. Wednesday's
editorial in the Gazette - and Tuesday's in the Register - opposed dove
hunting.
