Because the Energy Bill passed in committee yesterday with Arctic Refuge
drilling included the most important strategy still revolves around
keeping the Arctic provision out of the House/Senate conference budget
report. PLEASE CONTINUE GIVING NUSSLE SUPPORT FOR KEEPING ARCTIC REVENUES
OUT OF THE FINAL BUDGET. He will be chair of the house/Senate conference
committee and has a lot of power!

People in Jim Leach's district need to call him asking him to vote
against a final budget that would include Arctic drilling. Leach could
ask Nussle to keep it out, which would make it easier for Leach--he
wouldn't have to vote against the overall budget for the sake of the
Arctic Refuge.
